nRange Golf GPS App Reviews

Hi nRange Team, you SW could be quite good - since its free and most of your competitors charge quite a lot for more or less a similar feature set as you offer. Biggest issue are missing courses for Europe! Any plan to have them added at any time? Best regards, makle18golf

I recently switched to an iphone and have a lifetime subscription to this app. I contacted nrange help a few times to get the app running. It took about a year to get it working but yesterday the person on the other end (no idea who it was as they don’t identify themselves) finally re-set me somehow and now my app is working. Great app and the help guy (or gal) yesterday was excellent. One down side is that you can go weeks without someone responding to your need for help. But when they get back to you, they are helpful. So I give a 3.5 out of five.

Always was able to get a measurement from the beginning of hazards etc but not after downloading iOS 10. Now just shows rectangles of bar grids. Have no idea what those are. Please tell me if it is a glitch or this is something new. Also after every time out I have to search for the course again and start over. Not user friendly. Used to love it

This was a good app for golfers. Only displays grids without numbers where distance should be displayed. Ive reached out to the developer without a response. Are these guys out of business?

Was my go to app for golf. Easy to use, simple, clean display, necessary info. No longer works correctly in iOS 10. Distances just show up as a bunch of bars. Fix it and itll be 5 stars

This app is prob the best gps app on iTunes due. Its so simple and neat. All golfers should try it.

I was really considering buying a skycaddie until I got this app. It does distances perfectly along with the mapping! I love that is tells you the 3 depths of the greens! Excellent app!!

Why is it I can only see the good reviews and not the 60 that are rated 1 star????

I downloaded this app, thinking it would be nice for my next round of golf. While putting in the scored card for the course the app shuts down. No problem everything should be saved, WRONG. ALL GONE. No Tee Box No Yardage... nada. Now imagine yourself out on the course with this app. You tee off on the 16th, and BAM the app shuts down. Hey Bob, My Free Scorecard and Iphone app just failed. Do you have the last 16 holes we just played. Hey did I get the Green In Reg. You get what you pay for, minus the loss of time. So you will be in the negative and this app is to expensive even if its free.

The app was okay on my blackberry. Worked fine except when it would occasionally crash and Id lose all data for the whole round. NOT OKAY. Then I bought iPhone and called support to switch my account to new device and the creeper at nRange had the balls to blame Apple for not giving them upgrade codes to give people in my situation (nRange cost $30 then) so you needed a code to download it for free. I called him on it because I had the same issue with another app and their support was very helpful and gave me the code to download it without paying again. Well, the nRange guy then says that Apple only gave them a few codes and they were all gone. Bottom line is I bought a different app, GolfShot, which works perfectly and does more than nRange without the crashing loss of data issue. Dont trust your game to these worthless slugs at nRange.

Ive had this app for awhile & love it. its a little slow at updating your yardage, but not unreasonable. My only complaint is that since the ios4 upgrade, they still havent fixed the lost ability to pan the map.

Do not get this app. Within an hour of downloading, my email address got spammed. Bad, bad, bad!!!

confusing, difficult to use, no added features...useless on the course unless they make some upgrades to make it user-friendly.
